Do I need a website?
No. Every restaurant gets a hosted SeatPilot booking page that can be shared directly.
Is SeatPilot a WordPress plugin?
No. SeatPilot is hosted software. A connector can embed it on WordPress, but the booking engine remains in SeatPilot Cloud.
Do you charge commission per guest?
SeatPilot does not charge a per-guest booking commission. You pay the selected software plan.
Can I keep OpenTable, Resy or another marketplace?
Yes. SeatPilot is for your direct traffic; discovery marketplaces can stay alongside it if they create value.
What happens during the free trial?
We create a hosted SeatPilot workspace, you configure your restaurant and can test the real booking flow for 30 days.
Can guests cancel online?
Yes, if the restaurant enables guest cancellation and the configured cancellation deadline has not passed.
Does SeatPilot work for late-night venues?
Yes. Overnight opening hours such as 18:00–02:00 are supported.
