SeatPilot business terms
These terms apply to SeatPilot business subscriptions unless an individual agreement overrides them.
1. Service
SeatPilot is hosted reservation software for business customers. The currently available functions are described on the product page and in the selected plan. Features marked planned, preview or early access are not guaranteed parts of the paid service.
2. Trial, subscription and payment
A pilot may be offered without payment details. Paid Direct and Pro subscriptions are billed according to the checkout summary. The restaurant is responsible for keeping billing and contact information current.
3. Restaurant responsibilities
The restaurant is responsible for correct opening hours, capacity and booking rules, lawful guest communications, its own legal notices and its lawful basis for processing reservation data. SeatPilot must not be used for unlawful, abusive or security-sensitive purposes.
4. Availability, maintenance and support
We aim to operate SeatPilot reliably and may perform maintenance, security updates and necessary changes. Support is provided through the published support contact. No uninterrupted or error-free operation can be guaranteed unless a separate SLA is agreed.
5. Data, termination and liability
Restaurants can request export of their reservation data and account closure. Retention, deletion, processor obligations, liability limits and statutory rights are governed by applicable law and any signed data-processing or individual agreement.
